Clinical Ayurvedic PractitionerThe Ayurvedic Practitioner qualification can be acquired after successfully completing the Diploma level 7 in Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner. This course is taught based on authentic traditional Ayurvedic principles will require a minimum 3 years to be completed. During the course students will learn advanced clinical components of Ayurvedic medicine such as Ayurvedic pathology, Herbology, Alchemy, Ayurvedic diagnosis methods such as traditional pulse diagnosis, Ayurvedic Iridology, tongue, urine and stool examination, women & children’s health care, Ayurvedic psychology & counseling, understanding of Panchkarma and other body work ranging from marma massage to Pindasweda, Navar Kizali, Shirodhara, Takradhara, Netrabasti, Hridya Basti, Nasya, Karnpoorna and other treatments. Ayurvedic Practitioners can set up their own Ayurvedic clinics wellness centres and spas as well as work as Ayurvedic Practitioners in wellness centres. They can open health shops. They can also choose teaching as a profession.
