1 The Science of Life

This module provides knowledge of Ayurveda’s origin and its philosophies.  It introduces body, mind and soul consideration in achieving perfect balance and an understanding the ancient principles that awaken cellular intelligence.

Ayurvedic Anatomy and Physiology I

This introduces the student to Ayurvedic Anatomy and Physiology and will provide students with knowledge of how Tridosha work in our body and the assessment of Prakriti (body type).

Ayurvedic Anatomy and Physiology II

This module provides students with more detail and a greater understanding of the body’s structure and the nature of Prakriti (balance) and Vrikriti (imbalance).

Ayurvedic Physiology III

This module provides student with a knowledge of Ayurvedic physiology and personal hygiene, the Srotas (13 channels) and their role in health and disease.

Ayurvedic Herbology I

This introduces Ayurvedic Herbology and will provide a basic knowledge of healing substances and the skills necessary for selecting and preparing basic healing formulations.

Ayurvedic Herbology II

This modules provides a greater understanding of Bhishajya Kalpan, the preparation and use of appropriate herbs in the right way, at the right time using the right Anupana (herbal vehicles).

Ayurvedic Herbology III

This module includes a detailed study of the properties of tails and ghritam preparation of healing oils and medicinal ghees, the role of balanced mind in their preparation and the selection of  the appropriate tails and ghritas for different conditions.

Ayurvedic Nutrition

This module introduces the student to Ayurvedic nutrition principles including the classification of foods according to the five elements and six tastes, specific foods and their effects on the Tridosha.

Ayurvedic Cooking

This module provides students with the knowledge and skills to prepare Ayurvedic Staavic vegetation meals.

Ayurvedic Massage

This module introduces the students to Ayurvedic Massage, including the theory, Principles and Sequences to identify Marma Points and determine the appropriate the strokes.

Women & Children

This provides skills in applying Ayurvedic programs for conscious conception, women’s and maternal health, improved parenting and baby rituals.  It also introduces Ayurvedic Baby Massage.

Ayurvedic Psychology and spirituality I

This module provides knowledge of Ayurvedic psychology and spirituality and the non-physical aspects of the body that play a role in mental disorders and the development of consciousness.  This module also provides a basis for Ayurvedic counselling techniques.

Ayurvedic Psychology and spirituality II

This module introduces the evaluation of case histories to determine counselling needs.  It emphasises the personal psychological development of the consultant to develop professional detachment to enable the consultant to work effectively in situations of high emotional charge.

Musculo-skeletal Treatments

This module includes a proven Ayurvedic Programs for acute and chronic Musculo-Skeletal Problems such as lower and Upper back pains, Arthritis, Ankylospondylitis, Sciatica, Slipped disc, frozen Shoulder, Stiff Neck and Sports injuries etc.

Shirodhara Treatments

This Module will provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to apply this ancient treatment for mental stress, to balance the charkas and treat depression and emotional disorders with extensive practical training.

Pulse Diagnosis

This module includes the principles and qualities of pulse examination determining Prakriti and Vikriti in pulse and the seven levels of pulse.

Ayurvedic clinical diagnosis

This module provides knowledge of Ayurvedic clinical assessment, diagnostic techniques and the skills required for client assessment.

18 Pathalogy 1 This module introduces Ayurvedic clinical pathalogy and treatment and an understanding of common disorders according to Ayurvedic pathogeneses.
19 Pathalogy 2 This modules provides a greater understanding of Ayurvedic clinical pathology and treatment of channel disorders and their management utilising the principles of Ayurvedic Ahara, Vihara and Achara.
20 Introduction to Panchkarma

This module will provide students with an understanding of Ayurvedas famed science of Physiological detoxification and purification introducing the techniques and protocols utilised by Ayurvedic specialists.
