Payment and Refund Policies
Payment Policy
-
Prospective students are required to pay a registration fee when they submit their application in order to hold a place in the next scheduled intake for the course of their preference. This deposit is able to be credited towards the programme tuition. If, for any reason, the applicant cannot be accepted, the fee will be refunded in full.
-
Tuition payments for any programme are due and payable before the commencement of the programme. Fees received are placed in a separate trust account and are not accessed until the course commences. A relevant proportion of the fees paid will remain in that account until the course is completed, to ensure pro-rata refunds are available for any eligible students.
-
Students who wish to withdraw from the course after 8 days, due to unavoidable circumstances are able to request deferment of their studies to a later date. In these circumstances, their fees, or unused portion of their fees will be held in the separate trust account until such time as the deferred studies recommence.
-
There will be no refund given after the eight (8) day stand down period.
-
AIAS may, at its discretion, apply an administrative charge for processing applications for refunds and deferments and the application of such charges will be made known to the student at enrolment.
-
All disputes on refunds shall be addressed by application of AIAS-STU-010 Grievances and Appeal Policy and Procedures and shall be referred to Consumer Affairs arbitration if not able to be satisfactorily resolved by negotiation between the student and the Institute.
Refund Policy
-
If a student wants to withdraw from the course 4 weeks or earlier before starting, the tuition fees will be refunded in full.
-

-
